What is an Evaluation Account?

An Evaluation Account is a simulated trading account provided by Quantum X Futures for the purpose of assessing a trader’s performance under defined risk parameters.

It is the first stage in the Quantum X trading model.

The purpose of the Evaluation Account is to determine whether a trader can demonstrate:

  • Consistent performance

  • Responsible risk management

  • Adherence to firm rules

  • Professional trading discipline

How Does the Evaluation Work?

When a trader purchases an Evaluation Account, they receive access to a simulated trading environment with:

  • A defined starting balance

  • A profit target

  • Maximum drawdown limits

  • Daily risk parameters

  • Trading rules and restrictions

The trader must meet all performance objectives while strictly respecting the risk framework.

Failure to follow the rules will result in the Evaluation Account being breached.

Is the Evaluation Account a Live Funded Account?

No.

An Evaluation Account is not a live brokerage account and does not contain real capital.

It operates in a simulated environment designed to measure trading performance under structured conditions.

What Happens After a Successful Evaluation?

If a trader successfully meets all objectives and remains compliant with firm rules, they may become eligible to receive a Performance Account (also referred to as a Qualified Account).

Eligibility is subject to internal review and continued rule adherence.

What Happens If I Breach the Rules?

Breaking any rule — such as breaching daily loss, max drawdown, or prohibited trading practices — will result in the account being failed. You then have the option to reset the account or buy a new one.

Who Is the Evaluation Account Designed For?

The Evaluation Account is intended for traders who:

✓ Have an established strategy
✓ Understand risk management
✓ Can operate within strict parameters
✓ Are comfortable being assessed on performance

It is not suitable for traders seeking guaranteed income or unrestricted trading conditions.
